When Masterbation won't do it

We watch Awesome Pico Flashes. Amazing job with the art, the story, and everything else. Especially the tie-in to tankmen references.

BiffTheTimid responds:

haha, your review made me lol

Definately awesome

I loved the randomness. You are right that both candidates have their downside, and that people take it way too literally. That's just American pop culture though. People would get severely descriminatory about what type of cheese everyone eats if the media said that Cheddar was the new "in" thing, or that people that eat Swiss are losers. It'll fade into our memories til next election season by the time December rolls around and Christmas comes up with all it's consumer glory.

Sh0T-D0wN responds:

Too true, mah man, too true.

Good stuff

Actually a really good set of clips. Definately could've been on the longer side though, but that doesn't detract from the fact that what you've got here is funny. nice work.

kazoodac responds:

yeah, I'm starting to wish that I had more clips, even 5 more would've been nice. I was running out of idea though. Glad you liked my choices though!

I think I got more of the humor

Since I'm a chem student. That was amazing! I think you've hit on one of those rare "origional ideas" I keep hearing about.

Blakant responds:

Thx, if u like em, do add in fav? xD

Random!!!

That was a very random flash. It had elements from pretty much every Zelda title, including LoZ2: Links Adventure. Overall, the flash was amazing dynamic wise, but the drawings could obviously use a little work. Seeing as you have no other flashes, I'm just going to overlook the drawings, because I'm sure you'll get better. The storyline was a little random, but all the elements were good and they all fit.

LinkXRetro responds:

like i stated in my comment, it is just Zelda in General

A little too much effort

I laughed at pretty much all the skits, but there were just way too many of them, and some of them weren't as funny as I think they could've been. but i can tell you put a LOT of effort into making this, and it made me smile from time to time, so I would call it a success.

Random-Her03 responds:

and theres still a couple left out!
i made alot because i enjoyed making this flash, and quite frankly i didnt wanna stop... but until i found out i went passed the frame limit, i knew that enough was enough lol
thanx alot for the honesty and im glad that u still came around to liking it

Good, good

I know it was deep, and although I didn't really get it I still acknowledge how deep it is. Anyway, the animation could use some work, of course, but you know that. Other than that, I thought it was pretty awesome.

Flatthead responds:

Thanks but the animation was about choosing a path in life.

Wow

That is so true. All computers will pretty much curl up and die eventually, so I guess the one who pays less on a new one wins.

Nicely done

Bobert-Rob responds:

Honestly, I'd say the one who utilizes their computer the best is the winner... depending on what you want to do with it, anyway. Like if all you need is something to play music and save pictures onto, then get one that does that well! Of course, one of the keys to this is actually fully UNDERSTANDING the computer... but who among us truely understands them? Complicated beasts of burden, computers are. Doomed to a fate of obsolete mechanics. Thanks for the comment!

Almost better than the origional

I've got to say, this flash series is one of the best I've seen that involve sticks and this sort of stuff. The only tiny problem is that I wish they were longer, and maybe that they explored more areas of the computer, like the Task Manager or email or something.

But what you got is already great, so don't stray too far.

KobraEditing responds:

Thanks

Whoa! Whoa!! Hold on!!

Hold on there! What I assume happened in the story is that Samus was infused with some sort of Phazon Beam. The red one that she used near the end. And how did she get to her ship from that side. Anyway, good flash animation. Hope you got more on the way.

ShowNoTears responds:

She actually just switshed her gun to the plasma beam. Samus' ship has a remote pilot which she can also access with her gun. Thanks for the good review, I'm working on a ME III but that won't be finished for a while and also a Kirby/Star Wars parody which also won't be finished for a while. I'm a lazy bastard. :p

This account is now under command of NDI Studios and will be treated as a tentative branch til such a timie that one of us learns flash (maybe). All support is welcome!
